I can't believe the first month of school is already over! One year ago at this time I had just finished my first month as a library/media specialist. After teaching high school English for eight years, I needed a change. Also, I only have to drive about three blocks to work now. I loved my time as an English teacher, but I am very happy that I made the decision to try something new!
My new career has been especially interesting because I not only got hired at the high school, but the middle school as well. Being in charge of two libraries has been a very rewarding challenge. Join me as I document all the learning, fun, and craziness! :)
